Congratulations! You have been elected as one of the finalists who will receive a recommendation report.

Process Overview: How RQ Was Chosen

This afternoon, I presented the attached visual demonstration with an approximately 60-second verbal proposal that highlighted Rusty Quill’s charitable endeavours, global impact, and efforts to elevate minority voices. After each student in the class made their pitch, we all voted in secret for our top three choices and the votes were tallied by our professor.

Next Steps: Scheduling a Virtual Meeting

We’ll schedule a 30-minute Zoom meeting within the next few days to establish the parameters of the project and your goals for the result. Our team will be asking:

Confirmation on the scope of the challenge
What efforts Rusty Quill has already made to address it
What you expect our team may find or discover as we explore your chosen topic
What sites and publications you have to recommend to our team for industry standards and best practices
Whether there is a budget we should keep in mind
Who the team should contact if we have questions during the process

Possible Zoom times include 10 or 11 a.m. Eastern Time (3 or 4 p.m. GMT) on Monday, February 14th, Wednesday, February 16th, or Monday, February 21st.

I will reply to this email within 48 hours to confirm a meeting time.
